Depending on where it's being delivered, the time between placing an order and receiving it will vary. We're currently working on an order tracking feature to provide you an estimated time of arrival for future orders.
Our products are stored at our warehouse in Ontario, Canada — so all products are shipped out from the nearest post office.

Depending on your order's status, you may or may not be able to cancel or modify it. If your order has already shipped out, unfortunately you can't cancel or modify it. However, once it has arrived, you can return and exchange items.

At the moment, we only ship within Canada and to the United States. But we're working toward new locations!
